SJM Mortgage Company is an Appointed Representative of Personal Touch Financial Services Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

SJM Mortgage Company will charge a fee of up to 2.5% on completion of the mortgage, which on a mortgage of £150,000 will equate to £2,500. We wll also be paid commission from the lender, our typical fee is £295.
