Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

SJM Mortgage Company will charge a fee of up to 2.5% on completion of the mortgage, which on a mortgage of £150,000 will equate to £2,500. We wll also be paid commission from the lender, our typical fee is £295.
